Day 1
I just back home from the eye centre..and feel as if i got chilli stuck in my left eye (that's the eye i did laser on, in case u were wondering).
It hurts. And this proves that they lied. Humpfh.
Accordign to michelle's colleague, im not supposed to look at the computer screen if i want 6/6 vision...but my urge to tell
someone about what happened is simply overwhelming. So im doing the next best thing. I'm typing but not looking at the screen..so technically, i am not looking at the screen. Haha.
Anyhow, i hope u guys will forgive me for any typos and seemingly incoherent sentences...i can't help it since i am only using one eye. And not looking at the screen.
Oh, btw..because of the damn glare..i am wearing sunglasses AND a visor in my own home. Sounds ridiculous? Well, it's true.
Lasik surgery is scary. Far scarier than i expected it to be. It's particularly scary for me because i am not in control of the situation. I hate that. And of course, the chilli eye syndrome.
Why didnt anyone warn me about the chilli eye syndrome? Does this affliction only affect those with ver thin corneas? Mr mimosa didn't have this problem. Heck , he could see immediately after super clear. Me? I'm still bumping my way around my own home.
Ahh..anyway,anyway, for those considering lasik..all i can say is...BEWARE OF THE CHILLI EYES SYNDROME. It's not fun..and i dread tomorrow when i have to get another chilli eye.
Sigh.
