Oh man...Just saw some pictures of my friend in Australia and she really looks a million bucks! Aww man........:P Can't decide with if it was the red top, her giant smile or the weight loss....Hmm...in all probability...it's a combination of everything. Sigh...I think i seriously need to exercise...

Oh, btw...if anybody is interested in working for Starhub..they will be having a recruitment drive for roadshow staff soon..So...go down to Adecco at Bugis for an interview if you're interested.

Hi!

I just came back from the turf club at the kallang stadium. Hmm...there are just so many bookies hanging around the outside of the establishment. It is really interesting to watch some of their expressions..I cant help but feel that being a bookie is like placing a bet or gambling disguised in another form. To me, being a bookie just reduces the amount of money that one can lose in a game or match or whatever. I mean, you take bets from one guy, and either 1) hope he wins so you get 'water money' or 2) hopes he loses so you can 'eat' his money. To me, this is just another form of gambling. What is interesting is that these bookies don't readily admit this. Anyhow...it was pretty boring..and hot...and i am SO NOT going back there again.

The only redeeming factor of the whole episode today is that I got to meet my bf's twin brother in the flesh and close up after all these months. Isn't it just pathetic that it has taken me 11 months just to meet up. Best part is, we didn't talk at all! Okaay, maybe except the initial 'Hello...I'm Audrey' but that was it! Not even a 'byeeee!" Seriously....cheh!
Anyway...i was quite busy comparing the two of them. They are the first identical twins that I have come across in close contact before. Interesting, there are differences. I was initially worried that I would mistake one for the other and that would obviously land me into hot soup...
