the pretenders are real pretenders.
Worked at OG People's Park today. Wow..what a difference there is between the crowds at different locations. While the people at Albert only succeeded in making my head swim (okay,
you try giving a thousand leaflets all day with people milling constantly around you but nobdy wants to take what u want to give), the people at P.Park actually
asked me for a pamphlet.
It would seem like i really have no life such that i need to blog about such trivial stuff...but i mention the above only to prove 1 point. That...
...the people who pretend that they cannot see me (the poor, hapless pamphlet distributor who is only doing her job) can really, REALLY see me.Okay..so it's not
the revelation of the century..but it still does prove my point.
The people who pretended not to see me (everybody inevitably tries to avoid me when i hold a stack of papers..all except the foreign workers. Hmm..actually they are starting to smarten up too nowadays. Anyway....) decided to "see" me after suddenly realizing that there was a crowd around the booth and wanted to kaypo-kaypo as well.
So there. I was right when i said that they were pathetic.
