Salsa in Bath
Aiyo.I am damn happy. Nearly fainting from happiness.
Happy because I discovered that I can take a salsa lesson in Bath, Wiltshire (England) for 6.50 pounds (S$19.50). Learn salsa in England leeeiiiiii. :DDDDDDD
Super happy because it's such a lucky coincidence. Out of 15 days, I will only be spending 1 day in Bath. The salsa folks at Bath conduct lessons on Tuesday.
My 1 day in Bath is a Tuesday.
And there are also classes just about every day of the week in Edinburgh and Glasgow..so I can go dance there too when I am in Scotland. Learn salsa in Scotland leeeiiiii. Heeheehee.
Oh, and then there is London. Where Super Mario and Susana Monterio teach. Yiippppeeeee!
I'm so glad. Now I know what to do with myself after all the tourist attractions and shops have closed. And fyi, they all close EARLY.
I am 1 very happy girl. I am so glad the bug decided to come back and bite me. :P
Only 1 problem. I don't have enough time. >_<
p/s: sorry for the lack in updates. Too busy trying to book accommodation, plan my itinerary and look for places to dance in the UK to update. Will try to though.

salsa in the uk
I just realized something...Super Mario is from London. Which means there's alot of salsa in London. And I'm going to London next month.
Actually, salsa is very widespread in the UK..Think just about every town (with the exception of Avebury) that i visit will have salsa.
OMG.
I need to pack my dance shoes!!!
But I'm also scared. What if they pull weird moves on me and I end up on my butt? And I certainly have no idea how to dance the NY salsa type. And I am sure all the men will be towering over me.
Oh no...!!!
Make that very scared.
I really hope i'll be able to visit a few salsa clubs..I think it'd be so interesting and challenging..to experience a different type of lead. Ok, that said, I need to go brush up my dance skills.
And psycho dawn to bring her shoes to UK too!

I am a 24 year old piece of wood
i went for Yoga yday..and discovered (to my utmost horror) that aunties aged 40 and above are more flexible than me.
I am as flexible as a piece of wood.
Die lah, ;o
And all this time, I thought doing yoga was rubbish. I mean, why spend hours with the aim of contorting your body into the shape of a pretzel? In my opinion, punching somebody in a Boxercise class for an hour is by far more fulfilling.
I was so wrong man. Yoga trains your mind dude!

Beauty Queens are All Alike
Pretty girl and his haughty boutique bf are still together.The last time i saw her was somewhere in the clarke quay area..she was tending her bf's shop for him.
Oh, btw...she's taking part in yet another beauty contest.
And as a result, is watching what she's putting into her mouth to make sure she appears slim and pretty in front of the camera.
I guess that's why models are all so thin. You have to be just skin and bones in order to look good in pictures. When only your face is left behind, your cheekbones pop, your eyes appear bigger and your neck longer. Not to mention, your head becomes (naturally) the focus for the camera.
The only problem with becoming stick thin is that you look kind of ridiculous off camera. To quote my mom, pretty girl is getting so thin that the only thing left is her face!
Of course, she denies that she's on a diet because she was cajoled/needled/psychoed/violently persuaded into joining the beauty content and that she didn't want to in the first place. She attributes her recent weight loss to the recent trauma of having her boyfriend cheat on her.
Right. So how come I don't drop a ton of weight when JP ignores me for work?

Dentist schentist
Tomorrow i am going to the dentist.I am so scared. :(
I don't have to change my filling. I don't want to pull out my wisdom tooth. I don't want to have my mouth filled with my own blood. I don't want to hear the drill and see the bits of teeth fly and hit me on my face. I don't want to spend $300+ for torture. I don't want a swollen face.
And most importantly, I don't want to go to the dentist.
But no choice, need to go means got to go.
Sigh.
On a side note, turns out that zsa zsa needs to see a veterinary dentist as well. Haha. Like her owner, eh? She's double double lower incisors..her baby teeth show no signs of falling out by themselves so she's going to need to get them extracted too.
Poor doggy. Poor pocket.
I'm in so much pain man!

In response to "Deadly Weapons"
Okay. For challenging Boon's drawing skills on one of Johnny's blog posts, I have just been issued the same challenge by Johnny.So, as part of the challenge, I need to draw a table, spit, shoe, a cup and a hand using the humble microsoft Paint.

I pass on the hand. I would have drawn it the same way as Johnny did anyway.
